Official Philippines Department of Transportation and Communications Website Hacked by Bin Laden Hacker

A Saudi Arabian Hacker with the handle Bin Laden Hacker has hacked and defaced the Official Philippines Department of Transportation and Communications Website (www.lto.gov.ph). Hacker also defaced Cooperative Development Authority of Philippines Website (cda.gov.ph). Defaced pages are removed from the hacked websites

Deface Page:

Anatomy of hacks is not known, It looks like hacker find some zero day on the Website/Server, managed to upload a shell and deface the website.Both of the sites belong to the same IP address.

Reason of hacking is now known as there is no specific message left by the hacker on the deface page. Hacker just mentioned his Handle with the country he belongs with the greets to the hackers on the deface page.

At the time of writing, deface pages were removed on both of the sites and websites are giving forbidden 403 message.
