Saudi Arabia Reconciliation Committee Website hacked by Iraqi Hackers
Iraqi hackers with the pseudo name Team Hackers of Iraq has hacked and defaced Saudia Arabia Reconciliation Committee website (islah.gov.sa). At the time of writing, Website is still defaced.
Anatomy of the attack is not known but its clear hackers managed to get into the server and uploaded the shell and defaced the website.

There is no specific reason mentioned by the hackers on the deface page. It seems that hackers defaced the website just for fun.
