Philippines' National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) website has been defaced collectively by the hackers going with the handle Anonymous Philippines and PrivateX.
Hacked Site:
http://ntc.gov.ph
The compelte message left by the hackers on the deface page can be found below.
Deface Message:
Greetings, President Aquino! You told us that filipino peoples are your "Boss"and you will bring us on the right way, but what happened now??
Lack of Education,Lack of Opportunity,Lack of Cyber Security and also you failed to eliminate all corrupt officials. And now you are on the side
of Malaysian Gov, many people knew that Sabah is part of the Philippines, We're not encouraging the PH Gov to declare a war on Malaysia but
Philippines must defend it's sovereignty. Invading our territory by foreign country is unacceptable. Malaysia air strike in Sabah is a provocative act.
We do not know how you are able to relax while our Filipino brothers sacrifice their life to defend Sabah. It seems you are a Pro-Malaysian.
PH must be aware on National Security also in CyberSpace because in the past few years no security was done in many gov.ph sites. Now it is the
"Daang matuwid"?

Philippines President official website hacked by Anonymous Philippines early Thursday. Hackers also hacked other Philippines govt sites and criticized President's Sabah conflict handling.
Anatomy of attack is not known. It seems that hackers exploited SQL injection flaw on the president website and managed to upload their message.
The hacker group left a message to the president on the hacked Web site with links to Facebook profiles of the hackers, as shown in above screenshot.

Complete message from Anonymous Philippines left on the page:
Greetings, President Aquino! We have watched how you signed into law a bill that endangers and tramples upon the citizenship freedom of speech and expression. Now, we are silent witnesses as to how you are mishandling the Sabah issue. We did not engage the Malaysian hackers who invaded our cyberspace since we expected you to appropriately and judiciously act on the same, but you failed us. You did nothing while our fellow brothers are being butchered by the Malaysian forces, and while our women and children become subject of human rights abuses. If you can’t act on the issue as the Philippine President, at least do something as a fellow Filipino. We are watching.
